Q. What is the Special Collections Room? (KA219)

Answer

The Special Collections Room serves as the primary location for rare and some archival materials, which do not circulate. Materials may be retrieved from the room by contacting any faculty librarian or the Access Services Supervisor. Food and drink are not allowed in this room.

Faculty and staff may reserve this room. It will accommodate up to 12 people. Reservation requests may be submitted through the ILC Room Reservation Form.

Please note that there are periods of time when this room is used to store confidential materials and thus may not be entered except by authorized personnel.
