Answer

The Special Collections Room serves as the primary location for rare and some archival materials, which do not circulate. Materials may be retrieved from the room by contacting any faculty librarian or the Access Services Supervisor. Food and drink are not allowed in this room.

This room is reserved for use by faculty and staff only. It will accommodate up to 12 people. To reserve this room, please submit a request through our Library Room Scheduling Form.

Please note that there are periods of time when this room is used to store confidential materials, such as tenure dossiers, and thus may not be entered except by authorized personnel.
